Preparation process of reaction sintered silicon carbide burner tube

2024-10-13

The reaction sintered silicon carbide burner tube is an ideal flame thrower for roller kilns, tunnel kilns, shuttle kilns, and other types of kilns. It has excellent resistance to rapid cooling and wear, oxidation, high strength, slag free, non cracking, and long service life. Suitable for natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, diesel and other industrial kilns in the fields of ceramics, chemical industry, glass, metallurgy, etc., it can effectively control the temperature balance inside the kiln. Today, I would like to share with you the preparation process of reaction sintered silicon carbide burner.
1. The liquid immersion process also requires the preparation of carbon disks to prepare polysilane or polycarbosilane. Then, under the protection of vacuum, nitrogen or argon, the polysilane or polycarbosilane is infiltrated into the carbon disk, burned with a silicon carbide burner, and repeatedly heat-treated until it becomes dense
2. Chemical vapor deposition and liquid immersion. The chemical vapor deposition process involves preparing carbon disks (i.e. weaving carbon fibers into the designed shape of the product), and then fumigating them with hydrogen containing chlorosilane at a certain temperature, repeating this process multiple times until they become dense.
